Open the app, enter your birth details — date, time, and city — and tap to cast. 14 Main Stars computes your ZiWei Dou Shu (紫微斗数) chart and your BaZi (八字) the classical way and reveals your ruling main star instantly. A basic reading is free; the complete depth can be unlocked separately.

Enter noon as an estimate. Your ruling main star is correct roughly 90% of the time, but the birth hour affects some palace placements — so time-sensitive details and, occasionally, the ruling star itself may change once you know your real time. You can edit your birth time anytime in Account and re-cast.

Purchases are made through Apple and are tied to your account, not a single device. If you reinstall the app or switch phones, just sign in with the same Apple or Google account and your unlocks come back automatically — you never pay twice. If something you bought is missing, sign out and back in, then email us if it still doesn't appear.

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If you believe there was an error, email us and we'll help.

No. Watching a short rewarded video to unlock a free reading is entirely optional — you can always buy the reading instead and never see an ad. The ads are non-personalized and are not used to track you.

You can delete your account and all saved charts from inside the app: Account → Delete account. You can also email us and we will remove everything. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.
