1. Agreement to these terms
By using Destiny (the "Service") — the website at 14mainstars.com and the Destiny mobile app — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply whether you use Destiny as a guest or with an account.
2. What Destiny is
Destiny casts and interprets ZiWei Dou Shu (紫微斗数) and BaZi (八字) charts from the birth details you provide, and offers optional paid readings (year forecasts, love forecasts, complete reports, and couple readings). It is a cultural and educational product.
3. The nature of your readings
Destiny's readings draw on centuries of Chinese metaphysical scholarship — the ZiWei Dou Shu (紫微斗数) and BaZi (八字) classical texts — and are prepared with care. They offer a traditional perspective for personal insight and reflection. They arenot a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice; for those matters, always consult a qualified specialist. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make.
4. Your account
You may use Destiny without signing in. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the birth details you enter — readings are only as accurate as the information provided. Do not use someone else's account or impersonate others.
5. Purchases and pricing
Paid readings are one-time unlockstied to a specific person or couple — not subscriptions (the annual Unlimited Year Pass is a one-year pass, not auto-renewing). On the web, payment is processed by Stripe in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), with FPX, GrabPay, and card supported; in the mobile app, purchases are handled by Apple's In-App Purchase in your local currency. The price is always shown before you confirm. Taxes, where applicable, may be added by the payment provider or app store.
6. Refunds
Because readings are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the content is unlocked. If a payment was charged but the reading did not unlock, or you were charged in error, contact us (below) and we will make it right. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy and are requested through Apple.
7. Referrals and wallet credit
If you invite friends, you may earn wallet credit when they make a paid purchase, and they may receive a discount on their first purchase. Wallet credit is a promotional reward, has no cash value except as an eligible payout, and cash-outs are reviewed manually before payment. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, self-referral, or that exceed our anti-fraud limits.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Destiny or other users' data; no reselling readings; and no unlawful use. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Destiny name, design, portraits, written interpretations, and software are owned by Destiny and its creator. Your generated readings are for your personal use; you may share the images the app produces, but you may not resell or commercially redistribute Destiny's content.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Destiny is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Malaysia.
