As a Guǐ Day Master, you are delicate, sharply intuitive, and richly imaginative — a natural reader of the room who senses the drift of a mood before a word is spoken. At your core you are gentle and non-contending, deeply understanding of others, yet you also overthink and tuck your feelings away, waiting to be understood. Your lifelong lesson is to stop taking on every emotion in the room — learn to set boundaries and keep a lamp lit for yourself, so that soft water never turns into cold, stagnant water.

In love, Guǐ is the 'intuitive' type — you read your partner's emotions precisely, yet often leave them unspoken, hoping to be understood on your own. The biggest trap is 'infinite empathy' — absorbing everyone's emotional energy until body and mind are spent. Your work: hold psychological boundaries (you needn't catch every feeling), keep a regular schedule, get plenty of sunlight to build yang, and eat warming foods over cold ones.
